Frequently Asked Questions
How much is a cord of firewood?
We do not sell firewood by the cord, we sell it by the pound. The varying weight of a cord of wood has been between 2900-3300 pounds, depending on the wood.
Can you deliver to me and just drop off the firewood?
There must be someone available at the delivery address to inspect firewood for approval before it is unloaded at location.
Do I need to call before I come to get a load of wood?
It is a great idea to give us a heads up in case we have any issues and do not have what you are looking for. We will try to keep our site, as well as our Facebook updated. Please give us a call ahead of showing up. 406-314-2826
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, and Credit for forms of payment. Credit/Debit cards will be charged 3% . Please make all checks to The Yard, LLC

Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm
Delivery charges are as follows:
$75 and up depending on location
LOADING OF FIREWOOD @ THE YARD
COME AND GET YOUR TRUCK AND/OR TRAILER LOADED AT THE YARD:
Wednesday & Thursday 8am-4pm
Fridays 9am-5pm
There is no need to leave your trailer to load, we load trailers and trucks on arrival.
